This beloved studio is full of locals who roll in from the beach, shake it out on the mat and end up staying for the chats long after class is done. You’ll experience signature Pilates classes, strong burns and instructors who know exactly how to deliver them. Expect to make a new bestie just like you would in the bathroom of a nightclub when you train with us here. We’re cute like that.

We’re here to give you your Pilates fix seven days a week, Peach! Our studio has all the equipment you need – so don’t worry about bringing your own mat.
We DO ask that you BYO sockies, water bottle and a happy attitude. We say happy, cos you’re gonna need a positive outlook to get through the last 10 reps of our clam series – soz.

Behind the studio – meet Lizzy
Our Studio Lead in Bondi and Maroubra. It’s hard to adequately describe what this pocket rocket means to Team Peach, but we’ll try. A pillar of our studio communities, low key comedian and supremely talented instructor, Lizzy is going to be your new BFF. Known for her warmth and ability to make EVERY human who walks through our doors feel welcome, seen, and amused, Lizzy is the face of our Bondi and Maroubra studios and looks after the day to day runnings of these spaces. After starting with Peaches interstate as an online member, Lizzy joined us as a client and soon an instructor upon moving to Sydney. The rest is history!
