We DO ask that you BYO sockies, water bottle and a happy attitude. We say happy, cos you’re gonna need a positive outlook to get through the last 10 reps of our clam series – soz.

Having previously owned a reformer studio in Melbourne, Bec brings spice and expertise to her classes and is totally dedicated to the beautiful community in Dee Why she has fostered since day one.
