There’s multiple parking lots with FREE parking a stone’s throw away, and loads of hot spots for a healthy bite (holla, Fish Bowl and Made In DY) to choose from in the brand new retail precinct across the road.
We’re beyond excited to bring you our signature Peaches burn – feat. old school throwbacks and the deepest tooshie workout you’ve ever experienced; Peaches is here to make you fall in love with Mat Pilates and redefine your relationship with ya core (we’ll be up front, laughing is gonna hurt some at first, sorrynotsorry). We’re here to give you your Pilates fix seven days a week, Peach! Our studio has all the equipment you need – so don’t worry about bringing your own mat.
There’s also a bathroom, water filter and a steady supply of caffeinated beverages nearby for your convenience. We DO ask that you BYO sockies (we sell some V cute grip socks fyi), water bottle and a can-do attitude. We say can-do, cos you’re gonna need a positive outlook to get through the last 10 reps of our clam series – soz.

Meet Bec
We are absolutely thrilled to introduce the Peaches family to our new Dee Why studio owner, Bec.
The Northern Beaches have LONG been on our wish list for a Peaches studio, and when Bec approached us about joining our team to make this a reality – we jumped at the opportunity. Bec is a Pilates veteran, who previously owned a stunning small reformer studio in Melbourne called Salt Pilates. If anyone knows about the love and care that goes into building a community, a loyal client base and a killer team – it’s B!
Bec sold her studio to a much loved member of her Salt Pilates team when she left Melbourne, but has been missing the connection, challenge and passion of owning a studio. We are so humbled that she is now excited to join the Peaches family since moving to Sydney. Bec can’t wait to have a studio of her own again, with the added benefit of the support and network Peaches can offer.
