Preggy? Have a bebe recently? We got you, mama!

Peaches is dedicated to catering to pregnant and post natal women. If you are *with child*, you can rest assured knowing the majority of our classes are safe for pregnancy, and we also offer post-natal classes for our Peachy Mums – where you can BYO bub (or ditch them and come solo for some me time – you do you!).

Movement is medicine

Our mission is to help mamas feel fit, strong and confident during their motherhood journey. Movement plays a huge role in your mental and physical health during this special time, and it also helps to alleviate common aches and pains associated with pregnancy – or motherhood.

Come as you are

Our mums’n’bubs classes are set up in a relaxed manner – with cuddles and help with your little ones gladly given. Our sessions are intimate and a time for new mothers to connect, without having to worry about organising childcare.

Peaches Online has dedicated programs for our preggies and postnatal queens. Workout with Tori and Bec as they experience motherhood with you!

Mums N Bubs house rules (we’re nothing if not direct)

Please bring bub ready for your 45-minute class. We kindly ask that besides bottle or boobie milk, you do not feed your child in the studio. (Unless you’d like to vacuum the floors and clean the mirrors after class – in which case feel free to bring as many sticky and crumbly snacks as you like.)

Age limit: Bubs are welcome until crawling – this is usually anywhere from 6-9 months. We have found that mobile babies and children have the tendency to rip their mothers hair out or attempt to dismantle shelving units – which can be somewhat disruptive to your workout.
