Inside expect sing-along playlists, signature Pilates classes and instructors who know your name, social life, favourite drink and weekend plans. Most importantly they know how to deliver that Peachy burn you hate to love.

We’re here to give you your Pilates fix seven days a week, Peach! Our studio has all the equipment you need – so don’t worry about bringing your own mat.
We DO ask that you BYO sockies, water bottle and a happy attitude. We say happy, cos you’re gonna need a positive outlook to get through the last 10 reps of our clam series – soz.

Behind the studio - meet Lynda
Lynda is the owner of our Cronulla franchise. A local legend in the shire with a passion for movement – Lynda has a background in dance and took up pilates to assist with supporting her joints. This queen started as a dedicated member and ended up taking the Cronulla studio over when our original owner Kat moved home to the UK.
Lynda believes a Pilates studio is about so much more than fitness – it can bring friendship, community and confidence to someone’s life and she wants to create this for every person that enters the studio. Her commitment to her studio fam is second to none.
