Welcome to our Windsor studio – an oasis from the madness of Chapel St below! It is with great affection and care that we take over the reigns of this beautiful space from the Barre Body crew. If you haven’t been to the studio before you can expect a white washed, beachy fitout with a light filled mat and barre studio.
Plus we run hot mat classes at 34 degrees under the latest infra red panels in our sweaty, dimly lit hot mat room – the place to be in winter or anytime you want a proper sweat! Windsor is absolutely our most beautiful studio and comes equipped with full change rooms and showers. We recommend a coffee at One Thirty Two across the road or breaky at Journeyman.
Open seven days a week
We’re here to give you your Pilates fix seven days a week, Peach! Our studio has all the equipment you need – so don’t worry about bringing your own mat.
There’s also some truly gorg change rooms and showers for you to take your sweet time in before and after class – as well as a steady supply of caffeinated beverages along Chapel St in case you need a little morale boost before you hit the mat.
We DO ask that you BYO sockies (we sell some V V cute grip socks fyi), water bottle and a happy attitude. We say happy, cos you’re gonna need a positive outlook to get through the last 10 reps of our clam series – soz.

Behind Peaches Windsor
Meet Teah
Teah is our studio manager for Bondi and Maroubra, and she’s kind of a big deal. Having been a loyal Peach since first stepping foot in our studios, T has gone from casual client to dedicated member, then fresh instructor to integral team member.
These days she’s our go to gal for all things studios in the east. We know she’ll treat ya right, dear client, ‘cos she’s been in your exact shoes.
