Peaches is expanding within its motherland – the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, baby! We are so excited to be offering our killer classes, warm cuddles and signature Peaches Community to our network of babes in the bays.
This brand new studio is conveniently located above the beautiful strip of shops along Plumer Road. You’ll find us directly above Plumer Road chicken – across the road from Bitton, which we must say is perfect for your PPCD (Post Pilates Coffee Date). Our Rose Bay studio is also home to an additional HOT MAT room, so if you’re a fan of that delicious infrared heat and detoxifying sweat out – we’ve got you covered.
Open seven days a week
We’re here to give you your Pilates fix seven days a week, Peach! Our studio has all the equipment you need – so don’t worry about bringing your own mat. There’s also a bathroom, filtered water tap, comfy waiting room and a steady supply of caffeinated beverages and pastries at the bakeries and cafes below us (don’t say we didn’t warn you about the almond croissants at La Bretagne Patisserie).
We DO ask that you BYO sockies (we sell some V V cute grip socks fyi), water bottle and a can-do attitude. We say can-do, cos you’re gonna need a positive outlook to get through the last 10 reps of our side lying series – soz.

Behind Peaches Rose Bay – Meet Shayna
We are absolutely thrilled to introduce the Peaches family to our new Rose Bay studio owner, Shayna.
This woman is, if we’re honest, a bit of a boss. A statuesque, seasoned sailor who has travelled the world on superyachts, while also competing in regattas and meeting incredible people along the way (including her hubby, George!). Shay is also mother to a bouncing bundle of joy, 11 month old Isla, and a long term Pilates devotee. She has cut her teeth in small business as general manager of boutique bars and restaurants, and is ready for her next challenge as your professional endorphin provider. LFG, baby!
