The Peaches Method is based on changing your perception of Pilates. Our workouts will challenge you in the best possible way, without a clinical feel. No drawn out roll down series for 15 minutes before the class actually begins. No monotone instructors with the same levels of warmth and personality as a piece of cardboard. If you thought Pilates was ‘too easy’ or ‘too boring’ for you, we’re here to change your mind.
I’m a complete beginner / Pilates noob - is that ok?
Of course! Peaches welcomes beginners – simply let your instructor know when you arrive at class, and they’ll be sure to look after you.
I’m injured/pregnant/need a little TLC in class - can you help?
Peaches is modifiable. Pregnant? We got you. Injured? Allow us to assist. Got a particular goal in mind? Let’s isolate those muscles in ways only Pilates can. Our boutique studios are about as far as you are gonna get from a big box gym. We’re here for a chat before or after class, to make you feel safe, and to ensure you get what you need from our classes. Come say hi.
I’m burnt the hell out from over training!
Peaches is safe. You won’t find yourself with yet another injury (from a poorly executed high impact move best left for olympians) after one of our classes; in fact, with consistency, you’ll find your old injuries, aches and pains will start to diminish! Think of our Pilates classes like glorified physio – with a better sound track.
But like, can we talk about results?
Peaches is for Total Body Toning. We use a combination of our most loved and trusted tools in our classes which are guaranteed to work you top to toe. No reformers needed – save ya-self the money and the space, and get down with us on the mat with a booty band, magic circle, ball, dumbbell, sliding disc and more. Peaches is results driven. With just a little dedication, you’ll find yourself feeling stronger, standing taller, and looking more toned than ever before. Just ask our cult members clan of converts – their results speak for themselves!

How do I book a class?
You can book a class directly from the studio timetable app found on your local studio’s page. We recommend downloading our Studio Booking app to make securing your spot on the mat a breeze. All classes must be booked in and paid for in advance.
Do you offer a trial?
We sure do, Peachy Poo. For $39 bucks you’ll get unlimited access to classes at your chosen studio for a full week. We know, it’s good!
What kinda classes ya got?
We’re so glad you asked – at Peaches we believe variety guarantees results – which is why we offer a unique collection of workouts designed for Total Body Toning. Including but not limited to Pilates, Barre, Cardio, Boxing, Restorative movement and more. You can read about them here.
What is your *gulp* cancellation policy?
Wanna hear the good news? We don’t believe in lock-in contracts.
Yep – you read right: cancel or pause when you like. Membership cancellation fees go against our moral ethics, and expiry dates on class packs aren’t really our thang. So go forth, and Get Peachy – there’s no strings attached!
If you’ve booked a class and need to cancel, we have an extremely generous 4 hour window. This is because we are both flexible and want to ensure your fellow Peachies have the opportunity to attend their favourite classes. If you cancel outside of this window, our late cancel fee is $5, and our no show fee is $10*.
*Peaches is a small family owned business and we lose money and opportunity when you fail to show up to a class you have booked; with this is in mind, we ask you to bravely wear our (frankly gentle) no show fee like an adult. Who booked a class and didn’t show up – ya dingbat!
What do I need to bring to class?
We provide all the equipment you’ll need – along with a mat. Please wear sockies to class (cos feet can get sweaty an’ all that) and byo water bottle. Bonus points if it’s reusable, Peach.
Is Pilates safe during pregnancy?
Congratulations! And a Big Yes to this one. Exercising during pregnancy is one of the most advisable things you can do when you’ve got a little passenger on board. Pilates can safely help you build strength and stability throughout your pregnancy – as well as ease common aches and pains. Our instructors are trained in Pre and Postnatal Pilates and are on hand to modify your classes as needed. We recommend seeing your women’s health physio and having your doctor’s approval before working out with us in studio.
I just had a baby! When can I start Pilates?
WE BOW DOWN TO YOU! Congratulations and we hope you’re recovering well. We ask clients to receive clearance from their doctor before starting to exercise again, which is usually granted six weeks post birth. At Peaches we highly recommend seeing a women’s health physio – who will be able to give you detailed feedback and advice on your pelvic floor, core and any separation you might have.
Can I bring my baby to class?
Hell yes you can, mama! But before you get carried away – just to Mums’n’Bubs classes 😉 These classes offer a supportive and safe place for new mamas to reconnect with their bodies and nourish themselves not only physically but mentally. Find out more here.

Does Peaches Online offer anything other than workouts?
Don’t you know it! We’re big foodies over at Peaches HQ, and have taken so much joy in sharing our favourite recipes with you. They’re healthy dishes, but real food (read: cauliflower does not replace any or all carbs and we even have Tori’s mum’s famous Sour Cream Chocolate cake listed). We also house incredible workshops with our Peachy Experts – like Sexologist Chantelle Otten, Groove Therapy founder Vanessa Marian and Finance Expert Betsy Westcott. BOOM!
