Signed with Chic, Harmony is a down to earth Aussie girl, on a mission to use her platform to encourage people to be 100% themselves. A champion for body positivity and self acceptance, we love the real approach Harms has to dealing with things like her skin being up and down, and her own relationship with her body.
I used to exercise because I hated my body and I wanted it to look a certain way.
I consciously decided to change my approach, because I started to realise that the way that I physically look will one day fade...
What's your approach to health and fitness?
Keep it simple. Understand balance is important & enjoy the journey. I have always believed that your physical appearance does not determine your inner health- this statement is evidence to the fact that health and fitness will look different for every individual. So, I don’t compare myself to someone else’s results or how an individual received those results. Rather, I figured out what worked for me (which is a FUN, balanced & nutritious diet and PEACHES hehe) and I enjoyed what my body enjoyed.
Side note- individuality is what makes us all unique. And uniqueness is BEAUTIFUL. Be you, do you, for you.
Has your approach to health and fitness changed with age?
It has 100% changed!! I used to exercise because I hated my body and I wanted it to look a certain way. Now, I get my body moving because I love my body and I know that it’s great for my physical, mental & social health!! I consciously decided to change my approach, because I started to realise that the way that I physically look will one day fade and I didn’t want to be controlled by something that was temporary. I also just wanted to ENJOY life and I felt as though my approach to something that should be so simple, was getting way too complicated and was robbing me of everyday joy.
How do you handle industry pressure as a model?
I have separated who I am from what I do. My job does not define me! And therefore, the industry I find myself in also doesn’t define me. I try really hard to not be influenced by external pressures, opinions or the way certain people think. It’s easier said than done, but I try to look intrinsically and derive my value from within. When you search for your value in temporary, worldly, & constantly changing things, you always end up disappointed. Who I am, my internal value, is constant.
Realise that you are beautiful regardless of what you look like. Understand you have a lot more to offer the world than your appearances.
What do you love about training at Peaches?
I think Peaches are great at emphasising the importance of balance when it comes to your health. And I love being in an environment that supports women of all ages, backgrounds, & body types. This sort of environment is really important to me. I believe Peaches has created a space where every individual is invited to genuinely be unapologetically themselves, and I think that’s pretty special.

What are your favourite results from training at Peaches?
My favourite results are not necessarily physical (although I am very stoked with those results). I am very proud of how far my mental health has come... Peaches has worked hard to create a great atmosphere both in the studio and online. I love how much both Tori & Bec encourage and support the girls. My confidence in myself and my relationship with my body is much stronger and healthier and Peaches have played a part in helping me get there - so thanks guys!
What's your favourite meal ever?
I looove Italian. My favourite restaurant is Pompei's in Bondi!
What's one thing we'd be surprised to learn about you?
I have a weird double jointed finger haha or maybe it’s broken... I don’t know. But my dad has the same thing on the exact same finger...
