We so are excited to invite you to our first Community Day of 2023 with our neighbours at Trybe Wellness. The day is completely complimentary and is our offering to the community – everyone is welcome.
Over 4 hours, we will be hosting 3 sessions to help you move your body, settle your mind, connect with yourself and others, and most importantly, play.
Join us on SATURDAY FEBRUARY 4 from 8AM inside the Peaches studio and in our joint courtyard at Trybe Wellness House. Bookings for the sessions are limited and essential.
A breakfast buffet will be served throughout the morning sponsored by Brookfarm as well as a coffee station to keep you perky in the courtyard.

A TRY~BE wellness immersion focused equally on physical, mental & emotional wellbeing. Sink into our session including, breath, somatic stress release, slow flow yoga, meditation + sound.

Experience a signature Peaches Pilates class with a deep burn that will definitely get the blood flowing. In this total body toning class set to classic 2000’s RnB tunes, you will leave the mat feeling satisfied and energised. All levels of pilates experience are welcome.
Animal Flow is a ground-based quadruple movement system designed to improve a range of skills including speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and stability. Hosted by a new friend of the community, Fede, who will take you through a basic session of Animal Flow that is sure to get you feeling strong and sweaty.
This our first Animal Class in the Peaches studio so come give it a go!
