Agilene – our senior instructor at Bondi and Maroubra is now available to provide 1:1 classes for Clinical Rehab Pilates.
Age has been teaching Clinical Rehab Pilates since October 2021 – treating clients who have presented with issues such as osteoporosis, sciatica, pre and post natal concerns, hearing impairments, lower back, knee, shoulder and hip injuries, as well as the frail and elderly. She is super passionate about helping clients with their individual needs, building rapport and supporting people in becoming stronger and more confident.
