Peaches is offering a 6 week program in postnatal fitness for Peachy Mums. Designed to help you bounce back after having your baby, participants will be able to attend up to three classes weekly, held at 10.30am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Each class will have a specific focus on: - Pelvic floor and transverse abdominis rehabilitation - Arm and upper back strength for lifting and breastfeeding baby - Lengthening pilates training for easing aches and gaining muscle tone - Cardio intervals for weight loss
Also included will be two amazing workshops on post natal nutrition for you and bub, and a pelvic floor intensive series introducing tools we can use to retrain these important muscle groups.
Clients are able to bring their little ones to class, with each session limited to a maximum of 8 people. No prams are permitted for this reason - please bring your bub in their basinet or carrier. We are more than happy to provide supervision and cuddles to bubs when they need it, there's no need to stress about your baby crying - that's what they do!
